A truly expert and professional home or
building
inspection is just a phone call away.
Why choose Bruce Gregory and his
team
when
selecting a Home or Building Inspector on Florida's Gulf
Coast?
Experience:
With an engineering background early in his career, this
energetic
senior, has spent a lifetime, actually
more
than
45 years as a
Home Remodeler,
Custom Stick, Masonry and Prefab Home Builder, General
Building
Contractor, Heavy
Construction Project Manager and Home & Building
Inspector....
goodness, 45 years,
now that's
one heck of a lot of experience. And best of all, Bruce
personally
visits the inspection site, inspects, checks, and
verifies the accuracy and completeness of every report
before it's
submitted to you, the client.
Totally Unbiased Reporting,
Bruce 'calls them as he sees them' and
in that
way, you, the
client, are provided with the best home
or building inspection result and experience
available anywhere.
Report Availability:
Our detailed
reports and photos are presented in easily
understandable format, no
vague or complicated technical jargon and are ready
within thirty six
(36) hours at no additional charge.
Expedited home inspection reports can be ready in
the PM of the same day of an AM inspection.
Our promise to you:
Money back guarantee. Though we cannot
guarantee
the
house or building
wont fall short of your expectations, you can be sure
that you'll be
one
hundred percent satisfied with our inspection procedures
and detailed
reporting..
Disclaimer
and
some
facts you
should know:
No inspection company
(and
we're no
exception) can or will guarantee the condition of the
house or
determine whether it complies with local building
codes. Nor will they
make a recommendation on whether you should buy the
house or evaluate
the purchase price. Also, a reputable inspector will
never offer to
perform needed repairs and should not recommend a
contractor to perform
such repairs.
If you are not convinced that we should represent you
for your home or
building inspection needs you should get a referral from
someone who
has no financial interest in the sale of the home. A
local
community based organization focusing on housing may be
able to provide
a list of reputable inspectors. You can also contact one
of the
non-profit professional organizations.
Don't expect an inspector to find every physical problem
with a
property. An inspector will give you a full report on
any problem he or
she uncovers, but there's no guarantee that every
problem with the
property will be discovered. Still, an inspection
greatly reduces your
chances of finding a major problem after you move into
the home.
Typically very little historical information is provided
in advance of
a property inspection. Please understand that there are
limitations to
any inspection. A property inspection is not an
exhaustive technical
evaluation and is limited in scope, intent and purpose
and many
components of the property are not visible during the
inspection. Even
the most comprehensive inspection cannot be expected to
reveal every
condition you may consider significant to ownership.
While we can
reduce your risks in purchasing a property, we cannot
eliminate them,
nor can we assume them.
Lastly:
You should make time to accompany us during the
inspection. All
electric, water, gas utilities should be operational in
order to
provide for a thorough inspection. This is your
opportunity to gain
knowledge of major systems, and appliances and fixtures
(if included in
the inspection order), learn maintenance schedules and
tips, and to
ask any questions about the condition of the home.
